The pool area looked a bit tired. The slide needed some work and the pool itself wasn't super clean. also, the breakfast got repetitive after a couple of days. the room wasn't soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway, annoying. the shower temperature was erratic. It kept switching from cold to hot suddenly.

the hotel is close to main attractions. a 7/11 and grocery store are just short walk away. the location provides a nice, peaceful atmosphere. it has a balance between being quiet and close to everything needed.

some wait times for drink at the pool bar were a little longer than expected.

staff showed really good kindness. they acknowledged my birthday and presented a good birthday cake during breakfast. the check-in process was efficient and our room requests were met as per our reservation.

The room had a terrible design with a 'water-spilling door' instead of a bathroom door. The gap at the top meant smells easily filled the room (imagine if you had a bad stomach!). I also found the mirror placement strange.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, that suited everyone. I especially enjoyed the swim-up pool bar. It made getting drinks very convenient.

The alarm system on the doors was very annoying. Doors did not close automatically, they made an alarm noise if not fully closed.
